This How-To-Guide will teach you all you need to know about the Zoints Community and how things work around this forum.

In cryptocurrency, the community is one of the most important parts of the Token, and with Zoints, that is no different.

If the co-founder from Solana was banned on our platform, then community owners could vote to reverse it.

Zoints is not in control, the community has the final say.

At Zoints everyone is able to create a /z/community on any topic they choose, and a chance to earn staking rewards that will improve long-term sustainability.

To first do that you must first familiarize yourself with the Phantom Wallet to Receive your free $Zee to start your first community!

If you do not yet have a Phantom Crypto Wallet, install it from https://phantom.app -- be sure to save the 12-word seed phrase in a safe and secure place as you will use this wallet for all things on Zoints.com.

It will also serve as your backup.

How to Subscribe

Subscriptions help everyone mutually benefit by staking $Zee with their favorite creators.

“Staking” is like placing your tokens in a bank the blockchain controls and you earn interest (rewards) for doing so.

When Fans subscribe to a Creator or Community, they stake their $ZEE and split the staking rewards.

How to Find Communities

You can also find communities by searching under “Newest Communities” and “Newest Creator Spaces” as seen here.

How to Make a Post

Making a post on Zoints.com is one of the easiest things you’ll ever do - simply click the community you want to post in on the left-hand side of the screen

Find the Category/Channel you want to post in - then click “post thread”

Community Settings/Names

Press the 3 dots and you’ll be allowed to make changes to your forum and even change notifications.

You’ll see the title - click it and you’ll be allowed to change the title as many times as you want.

How to Change Community Name

Currently, it is not possible to change your community name.

How to Change Display Order

Press the 3 dots and you’ll see the menu.

Select ‘Edit category’ or ‘Edit channel’:

You’ll be prompted and shown this screen, the Display Order is 10 but it’s adjustable.

Then select ‘save’ as shown below.

How to Change Privacy Settings

Press the 3 dots next to your channel and the menu will appear:

Public:

The category and all channels within it will be visible to everyone.

Put a checkmark next to the one you want to be selected:

Semi-Private:

The category and all channel names within it will be visible but when a user who isn't subscribed to you selects one, they are prompted to subscribe to access the content.

Private:

The category and all channels within it will only be visible to your subscribers.
